Because the coupling agent should be coated when the ultrasonic thickness gauge is stopped by using random test block, so please pay attention to rust prevention. Clean the random test block after use. Don't sweat when the temperature is high. When not used temporarily, apply a little grease on the surface of the random test block to prevent rust. When it is used again, wipe the grease and stop the normal task.

The cleaning of the ultrasonic thickness gauge shell, alcohol, concentrated liquid and so on have corrosive effect on the shell, especially the window, so when cleaning, use a large amount of clean water to wipe slightly;

The surface of the probe is sensitive to the redrawing of the rough surface, so it should be gently pressed in the application. When measuring the rough surface, the scratch of the probe on the task surface should be increased as much as possible.

When measuring at room temperature, the surface of the measured object should not exceed 60 ℃, otherwise the probe can not be used. The adhesion of oil and dust will make the probe wire aging and fracture gradually. The dirt on the cable should be removed after application.

Battery replacement

After showing the low voltage approval mark, the battery should be replaced in time according to the following methods:

a. Shut down

b. Close the battery compartment cover

c. Take out the battery, put in the new battery, pay attention to the polarity
